All orders are lovingly prepared and packaged within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your sacred items are on their way to you.
Please note: During full moons, holidays, or high-volume periods, we may need a little more time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, sometimes the Universe (and the shipping carriers) have their own timing. If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived, please check with the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.
